BATHS. Retreat and Renew. Each of these baths was created in a repurposed room or, as in one case, the landing at the top of the stairs. Choosing not to add to your home’s footprint is a sustainable option.

FROM CLOSET TO BATH. What a puzzle we had-2x4 floor joists and limited water access made for fun team work to create this bathroom. The tub was crafted by a local artisan Peter Nemeth to fit our very tall client.

CAPITAL HILL LOVELINESS. From a bedroom to Master Bath, this spa-like room was also created over 2x4 floor joist. Teamwork between our office, the general contractor and a very creative plumber made this beautiful bath a reality for our client.

BALLARD RENEWAL. A re-purposed room became this fun retreat with a modern tub that fits nicely with traditional Ballard details. Old windows were replaced, including obscure lower panes for privacy and clear uppers light.

TOP OF THE STAIRS BATH. From an over-sized stair landing to a gorgeous Bath; the transformation is purrfectly astonishing. Designed for CRD Design Build.
